Athrix HQ Account Deletion

Request account deletion.

You can request deletion of your Athrix HQ account and associated personal data from web or mobile. We may need to verify your identity, confirm your club relationship, and retain records required for legal, safety, or financial compliance.

1. From Athrix HQ on Web

If you can access your Athrix HQ account through a club web experience, you can start a deletion request from your account area.

  1. Sign in to your Athrix HQ account.
  2. Open your account settings page.
  3. Select the account deletion request action and confirm.

2. From the Mobile App

If you use the Athrix HQ mobile app, you can request account deletion directly from your profile tools.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap the account deletion request action and confirm.

3. Need Help?

If you cannot access your account, email support@athrix.ai and include the email address tied to your Athrix HQ profile so we can verify and process your request.

4. What Happens Next

Deletion requests are reviewed by authorized Athrix HQ support staff. Depending on how your club manages accounts, we may also need to confirm your profile or membership relationship with an authorized club administrator.

Once verified, we will process the request and remove or de-identify eligible account information from active systems. We will notify you when the request has been completed or if we need more information.

5. Records We May Retain

Some information may be retained when required for legal, safety, financial, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit, or club operation purposes. This may include payment records, invoices, refunds, waivers, consent records, safety records, communication audit logs, roster history, or records needed to protect athletes, families, clubs, and Athrix HQ.

Retained information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Club-Managed Accounts

If your account was created, invited, or managed by a club, deleting your Athrix HQ account may affect access to rosters, schedules, events, payments, shop orders, messages, notifications, and athlete or guardian records connected to that club.

Club administrators may still need to maintain certain operational records after your account access is removed.
